Family Port Fun Day

The second annual Family Port Fun Day will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, at the Port Fun Park next to Mathews High School on Buckley Hall Road in Mathews.
There will be open play and learn-to-play lessons at the pickleball courts (equipment will be provided), along with basketball court activities and playground games for children and adults. The adult exercise fitness trail surrounding the playground will be available for use, as well.
The event, coordinated by the Mathews County Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, is free and open to the public.
The rain date is Saturday, June 14. Children and adults of all ages are invited.
