Two Spring Cleanup Dates are:
Earth Day, Mon., April 22nd
Middle Peninsula Chapter, Master Naturalists would like your help in cleaning Bethel Beach Natural Area Preserve, and local birding and wildlife trails.

Community Cleanup, Sat., April 27th, 8am-12pm
This is a county-wide cleanup sponsored by the Mathews Visitor and Information Center.

8am-9am – Check-in, pick up supplies, free coffee and donuts from the Visitor Center. Note that all groups must have someone over 18 years old and are responsible for their own transportation.

9am-12pm – Clean a roadway with your group. Keep count of bags collected and leave our orange trash bags on the side of the road. We will have a list of high priority roads if your group does not have a place in mind.

12pm – Return supplies, and come back for a free pizza lunch!

We will provide two FREE meals, and all the equipment you will need: vests, trash bags, gloves, and nets. We recommend you wear long sleeved shirts, pants, and waterproof boots.
