Music on Maple with Mackenzie Roark Duo

July 11 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$30
  • « American Legion’s World Famous Breakfast
  • Mathews Farmers Market »
EXCITING NEWS! Music on Maple is officially back and better than ever this year!
The Mathews County Visitor & Information Center and the Mathews County Historical Society, Inc. are hosting three concerts- mark your calendars for May 2nd, July 11th and October 10th!
After a multi-year hiatus due to construction on Sibley’s and the Thomas James Store, this intimate local concert series is returning with some great new acts! Each concert will be from 6-9 pm, tickets will be $30, and we will have food trucks, as well as drinks available for purchase! There are also sponsorship opportunities available!
On July 11, join us in welcoming Richmond Americana artist Mackenzie Roark to Mathews for the first time! As the front woman of Mackenzie Roark & the Hotpants, she is known for blending the soulful roots of classic country, the storytelling spirit of 70’s folk, and the raw edge of rock and roll! She will be appearing as as a duo and is ready to groove with all of you!
Don Chido food truck will also be set up at this event, and we’ll be selling beer from Gloucester Brewing Company, as well as wine, soft drinks and water!
