Movie Night at the Museum: BLUE GOLD

April 14, 2023 @ 6:30 pm
On the second Friday of each month, the Mathews Historical Museum hosts a movie that is of historical or general interest to the public.
April’s movie, BLUE GOLD:World Water Wars, is a 2008 documentary film directed, co-produced and co-written by Sam Bozzo, based upon the book, Blue Gold: the Fight to Stop the Corporate Theft of the World’s Water, by Maude Barlow and Tony Clark.  The book examines the environmental and political implications of our planet’s diminishing water supply, suggesting that future wars will be fought over the issue of water availability.
There is no charge for this event.  Doors open at 6:30 and the show begins at 7:00.
