The Mathews County Visitor and Information Center(MCVIC), a nonprofit focused on tourism development seeks an enthusiastic, self- motivated Executive Director to manage operations, growth, and tourism initiatives. This role as the primary public-facing representative of MCVIC requiring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage visitors and shareholders, to include the community.
Preferred qualifications include a four year degree or associates degree with experience in marketing, digital media, fundraising, grant writing, basic accounting, event planning and community collaboration. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Full time position/ salary $40,000-$45,000 a year
