Don’t miss the Grand Opening: Saturday, November 24th, 2018!

A brand new Café is opening in Mathews County, but disguised as a vintage boutique store!  Mathews residents have been waiting for the grand opening of Back in Time, and Penny Pastiva, Hudgins resident and store owner, has announced that she will be officially opening around early November – in perfect time for cooler weather and warm drinks.

Back in time is elegantly decorated with vintage valuables from Coca-Cola appliances, leather sofas, re-finished country furniture, antique tools, collectible signs and floral décor.  The store is cozy enough for you to sit down and stay for awhile. The best part? Back in Time will be open Monday through Saturday starting at 7am and serving coffee! This can be your new coffee-stop on your way to work, or to start your day downtown. It is also conveniently located across from the new Callis House Inn for visitors to sip n’ shop only feet away from the front porch. Outdoor and indoor seating will be available for customers, and eventually lite bites for breakfast on-the-go.
