Located at the hisoric Callis Wharf down Callis Wharf Road on Gwynn’s Island, OSH staff welcome you to for an immersive tour of their facility as one of the largest oyster seed producers on the East Coast. Learn about what it takes to put oyster seed in the hands of farmers from the early larval stage. Guests get to enjoy raw and cooked oysters at their pop-up oyster bar, and wine tasting included in their ticket price. Book your tour in advance!
