What’s the Dirt on Mushrooms?
Join local grower and horticulturalist, Christian Brown, who will introduce Mathews to mushroom farming! The program will be held at the Mathews Historical Museum. Christian will discuss the diverse varieties of the most popular mushrooms and the numerous ways to cook them.
