They have entertained audiences for years from Maine to the Caribbean. Bill is mainly known as a multi instrumentalist and songwriter, and Pam is best known for her captivating vocals.

Join Concerts by the Bay at Brent and Becky's Bulbs for a relaxed venue in the gardens. The Chesapeake Lounge will be open for seating to listen to the ever-popular harmonies of the Flat Tones. The 19th Street Band has entertained crowds at festivals such as, DelFest, Charm City Bluegrass Festival, National Cherry Blossom Festival, Kingman Island Bluegrass Festival, The Washington Folk Festival, Iowa Irish Festival, Annapolis Irish Festival and Maryland Irish Festival. The band has been featured as a regular artist at the Open House Festival in Bangor, Northern Ireland and the Dunmore East Bluegrass Festival in Co. Waterford.
