The Haunting of the Hudgins House
Join the Mathews Memorial Library for "The Haunting of the HUDGINS HOUSE... an Ever-Evolving Tale" with Benn Trask. This free event is open to the public, and refreshments will be served! The Hudgins House tale began in the fall of 1882 when lighthouse officials in Baltimore granted Assistant Keeper Augustine F. Meet Your Kids at the Bay School for a Movie Night! Friday, March 1. The kids can take the bus from school or you can drop them off at 3:00 at Mathews Memorial Library for rabbit time. They will read Peter Rabbit and another book about rabbits, learn about rabbits, and do two rabbit crafts. We will provide a snack or you can send one with your child. What The Eyes Can’t See provides a revealing examination of race in the nation, how racism might be addressed and reckoned with, and how we all may find a measure of redemption in listening to one another.
