July 4th Fireworks Show
The 21st annual 4th of July Fireworks Celebration at Mathews High School will take place on Wednesday, July 4th with a rain date of Thursday, July 5th. Fireworks will begin at approximately 9pm with entertainment and concessions starting around 6:30pm. Parking is available at Mathews High School with additional parking and a shuttle bus at Thomas Hunter Middle School running from 7:00 p.m. until its conclusion. 44th Annual Mathews Market Days
Come celebrate the 44th year of Mathews Market Days! This is the Mathews event of the year that you can't miss. Kingston Episcopal Parish Fall Fair
This annual community-wide, fun-filled event features live and silent auctions of antiques, sporting goods, collectibles, tools and more; flea market, eat-in and take-out foods such as Brunswick stew and barbecue made on-site, preserves, baked goods and gourmet frozen foods, the Garden Path of plants, trees and flowers, as well as the sale of gently-used clothing for children and adults, toys and linens.
