Steamed Shrimp Dinner
Come out and enjoy great food, fun and fellowship at Central United Methodist Men's Annual Steamed Shrimp Dinner. The dinner features steamed shrimp along with baked beans, coleslaw, hush puppies, homemade desserts and drinks and hot dogs. Donation of $19.00 to eat in or $18.00 for takeouts. Children 5-10, $6.00 and those under 5 eat for free. All proceeds benefit local church and community outreach! Tickets available in advance by calling 725-8673 or at the door while available.

Mathews Farmers Market
The Mathews Farmers Market, sponsored by the Mathews Main Street Committee, has been in existence for about 30 years. Located on Court Street on the Historic Courthouse Green in Mathews County, Virginia, the market is open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday from April through October. Food, flowers, and gifts galore!
