Bus Stop

The Court House Players will present the comedy classic “Bus Stop” by William Inge Thursday through Sunday, March 8-11, at the Piankatank Ruritan Club, Rt. 198, Hudgins.
Four flawed but charming travelers are waylaid at Grace’s Diner by a ferocious snow storm and find themselves warmed, welcomed, and sometimes chastened by the four locals who are snowed in with them. Directed by Anita Minuth.
Tickets for the Thursday through Saturday dinner theater performances are $30 each. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m., with curtain at 8.
The menu is herb-crusted pork tenderloin, baked sweet potato, green beans with bacon and tomatoes, mixed field greens salad, rolls, tea or coffee, and apple dumpling with ice cream. There will also be a wine and beer cash bar.
The Sunday, show-only matinee is $17 in advance for adults; $18 at the door. Students are $5 with ID.
