From the Owner

Eastham EstateEastham is an early nineteenth century property in the classic Tidewater Greek Revival style, that sits on 12-acre grounds on the East River with wide views of the Mobjack Bay in the distance. Eastham has twice been included on the tours of the Virginia Historic Garden Week.

The Carriage House apartment offers privacy in an attractive setting with water views from the balcony. Guests are welcome to wander the grounds, and to use our pier for fishing or crabbing, or to moor (3 or 4 feet, MLW) their own boat should they arrive by water. The village of Mathews is two miles distant; a public boat landing, one mile.
