Studio cottage with queen bed + futon couch, 1 bath, Fully-equipped kitchen. All bed and bath linens provided, Central AC, TV, CD/DVD, stereo, microwave, stove & refrigerator.
Kayaks are available (ages 21 & over), bring your own life jackets. Private boat dock for access to Ice House Creek and the East River. Chairs for use on the dock or lawn. Picnic table
Rates:
$100 per night with free night for 1 week occupancy, 7 nights = $600. Deposit of half of total to reserve and balance due upon arrival. Minimum stay 2 nights. No smoking or pets.
