The history of the area was a special love of his and as he shows and talks about the county\, one can feel the love and pride that he has for it. A remarkable pianist\, Jeff has been recognized not only as a critically acclaimed musician\, but an innovator in acoustic music. Travelling the country performing concerts with an energy and dedication to his music he continuously wows audiences. Performances include The Smithsonian Institution\, The National Folk Festival\, American Piano Masters\, Merlefest\, and many festivals\, performing arts centers and music venues throughout the US. Jeff has been featured on NPR and PBS. In 2014\, Jeff was inducted into the Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame. \nTickets are $25 at the door (Free for Students!) or avoid the line and get yours in advance at the Mathews Visitor Center.
