DESCRIPTION:This year’s Mathews Christmas Parade theme is “Blue Crab Christmas!” The parade will be held on Saturday December 14\, at 1 PM! \nThere is no rain date if the parade is cancelled due to inclement weather\, and the parade will take place rain or shine. \nPrizes will be awarded for the best entry in each of the following categories: Civic\, Animal\, Walking Unit\, School\, Commercial\, Motorized\, Church\, Parade Theme\, and Antique Vehicle. \nThe parade will run from Thomas Hunter Middle School to Chesapeake Bank. \nDirectly following the parade\, Santa will greet children at the Mathews County Visitor & Information Center at 239 Main Street. \nAnyone interested in participating\, please fill out the attached registration form (2024 Parade Registration) and submit it to mathewsvisitorcenter@gmail.com\, or drop it off at the Mathews Visitor Center.
