The Bay School is also hosting its annual Raku Firing Fundraiser at the same time as Markets on Main on Saturday- it’s $30 to glaze and fire your own bowl\, and you can watch the whole process! Bring a chair and sit in the backyard while your bowl is in the kiln while listening to the live music and enjoying some coffee or cocoa! DESCRIPTION:On the second Friday of each month\, the Mathews Historical Museum hosts a movie that is of historical or general interest to the public. \n\nApril’s movie\, BLUE GOLD:World Water Wars\, is a 2008 documentary film directed\, co-produced and co-written by Sam Bozzo\, based upon the book\, Blue Gold: the Fight to Stop the Corporate Theft of the World’s Water\, by Maude Barlow and Tony Clark.  The book examines the environmental and political implications of our planet’s diminishing water supply\, suggesting that future wars will be fought over the issue of water availability. \n\nThere is no charge for this event.  Doors open at 6:30 and the show begins at 7:00.
