DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, September 23\, 2017 at Samarkand on Woodas Creek. \nThe catered event will feature a live and silent auction\, offering collectible art\, unique crafts by regional artisans\, travel adventures and unusual gifts.  All proceeds will support the school’s programs and operation\, enabling it to continue to offer over 150 classes per year for artists and craftsmen of all ages\, and an outreach program for under-served populations in the area. If you are unable to attend\, please consider making a donation to support our mission!

DESCRIPTION:Formerly the Emerging Artists show\, An Artist’s Journey is an exhibition that is intended to celebrate the artistic growth of those who have taken classes at the Bay School Community Arts Center. Whether the individual is not yet ready to call themselves an artist or they have already sold several pieces\, every artist has a journey and we want you to share yours with us! \nAnyone who has taken classes at the Bay School is eligible to submit work and the work does not need to have been created within one of our classes. We want to see where your inspiration has led you\, whether that led to taking additional classes elsewhere or simply creating in your home studio.
