There is a  deck on the front of the house facing Hills Bay that offers the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen.  Perfect for kayaks which can be launched off the back yard.  No dock or beach but a great location to explore Mathews & the Middle Peninsula. Very close to public landing where a power boat can be launched.

Exceptional golfing nearby at the Piankatank River Golf Course, and within a one hour drive of Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Great shopping and restaurants all around the area.
